Robert Brown plumbing has been our go to choice for many jobs around our home such as installing a new sink, taking out an old dishwasher and installing a new one, and a few other things in our bathroom. We had no water for 10 days waiting on a previous plumbing company. We then called Robert Brown Plumbing last night and a team was sent out first thing at 8am. Jacob and Franky were helpful and kind to walk us through the process and cost. They worked quickly and efficiently to get our problem fixed! We would highly recommend them and will not use anyone else!

I wish I could give zero stars. Called and explained what the issue was with my shower. I already had a different plumber out that was not able to fix the issue, but they were able to identify the problem and let me know. When I called to make the appointment, I told them exactly what the other plumber had told me the problem was. Robert Brown Plumbing sent out two guys that were at my house for 20 minutes. They told me the exact same information that I already knew and told me that they weren't able to fix it that day and would need to order new parts to fix the shower. They said they would be in touch with me about ordering the parts and next steps. They charged me $200 and they were in my house for 20 mins. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. That's poor business. Even if you aren't able to fix the problem or order the part, you still let someone know. Especially after you charged them $200 for essentially nothing.

I called at 11:36AM and Nathan showed up at 1PM. He's a very nice fella and knocked out our clogged drain line to get us back in service quickly and efficiently. First time I've had to call a plumber out but I feel the price was very reasonable and worth the service provided. Hopefully I won't need "on the spot" plumbing services again, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling! Thanks Nathan. Top notch!
